May I Help You Buy or Sell Your Home? Thanks a lot for reading my personal story. Over the years I've helped hundreds of happy clients buy and sell homes all over the Puget Sound Area. I'm down to earth, local and honest. Perhaps you have noticed my SOLD signs all over town and you may know that I live in a wonderful historic home built in 1905.
The homes I work with are a little different, I am too. I travel with a backpack to remote places on the planet each year. On my journeys I have trekked among Sri Lanka's sacred temples, beaches and indigenous Veddah cuture, explored remote post-tsunami Aceh, Batak culture, orangutans, komodo dragons and the origin of the best coffee on earth on Sumatra and Flores Island-Indonesia, lived alone for ten days with the Waorani native tribe in the Amazon Jungle of Ecuador, traversed the lemur-filled rain forests and baobab jungles of Madagascar and rockclimbed in Hat Raileh, Thailand on the jagged limestone cliffs that rise above the Andaman Sea. I speak Spanish to some real estate clients, discuss trips to Africa with others. These experiences are part of my love of life and serve to recharge my spirit and help me have genuine connections with my clients and people I work with.

EVERYTHING Vince Decker touches turns to SOLD, why? I love older homes, homes of character. I think of them as pieces of history, playgrounds, storytellers. My clients will tell you that as soon as I get in homes in our neighborhood, I am on my hands and knees, peeling back carpet to find hardwoods, darting up stairs to attics, opening doors, poking around interesting basements. From the time I was young, I've always been like this.
What does this mean to you? A lot, actually. Look around the neighborhood. You see my SOLD signs everywhere! How does this happen? Well, each day I wake up, walk across my creaky wood floors down my banister stairway, grind my fresh coffee beans, drink the good stuff and go to work in my peaceful office with antique things, wood floors and sunlight streaming in. My life and work are the same and that is just the way I like it.
Many of you call me to help you sell your homes. I come over, visit, give you tips and get your house SOLD with all of the excitement of a young boy who has always loved old homes, the writing, connections and marketing skills of a seasoned pro and the track record, reputation and performance that has become well-known in our neighborhood.
The other powerful side of the equation are the buyers I meet. My home flyers are great, my manner approachable and my intentions sincere. Buyers come and sit awhile with me at my old home, historic home. They begin to feel what I feel about these places and trust and relate to me when they see that I walk my talk. They get excited, focused, committed. I encourage them to act decisively when the right home comes along, many times connecting them with my listings and SELLING them soon after they are listed.
My SOLD signs are everywhere because I have a lot of these buyers, trusting me, ready and waiting for me to list your home and tell them about it. If your home could speak, it would say "Call Vince Decker at 425-422-1290 to SELL me. He has buyers who will buy me." And I would say "Someday you'll sell your home, I'll be there to help."
