We had been renting an apartment for the last couple of years and it was time to look into buying a home. When interest rates dropped a couple of years ago, I thought I would just check into the possibilities of buying my first home. "My mother passed away and my husband and I had to sell her home. I live in Missouri, and knew that while the home was on the market we would need to be back at our house in the midwest. While I was getting the home ready to sell, giving it some new paint and minor repairs, I got a wonderful ad in the mail for Vince Decker. After reading the ad I told my husband, "I have found the real estate agent for us". I gave Vince a call, he came to talk with us amazingly within one hour, took a tour and we felt so comfortable with him that we listed right away. I asked if he could give me an estimate of the selling price. He said he could do better than that, he would tell me what he would sell it for, and most likely have it sold within the week.
